I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis since I was diagnosed in 2000. This diagnosis left me feeling very scared. I knew very little about MS and so I embarked on a journey of learning everything I could about MS.

I began exploring all of my options, which led me to the Nutrition Therapy Institute.
This was the start of what is now my passion; how nutrition, diet, exercise, and lifestyle with an optimistic approach, is effective and has made all the difference in my health and in treating my MS. I continue to research and experience the effects of sound nutrition. I can say I feel better than I have ever felt, even before I was diagnosed!
My practice focuses on helping people eat better to feel better. I also incorporate cooking skills, movement and exercise, lifestyle adjustments that will improve your symptoms.
I want people who have MS to achieve a high quality of life while living fully and happily with their condition.
