Wellness Approach

  • I offer a complimentary approach of an effective combination of your Western Medicine with support of a healthy diet.Combining Traditional Medicine with Nutrition
  • I will conduct an individual evaluation of your nutritional status.
  • I will provide comprehensive nutrition therapy
  1. Diet – many foods can increase health, relieve symptoms, and enhance overall well-being. Learn to omit foods that exacerbate symptoms and negatively affect the way you feel.
  2. Nutrients – specific nutrients can be extremely beneficial. Learn to eat foods that help you achieve a high level of nutrients. Use supplements only as necessary.Janeen Goldsmith exercising in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado
  3. Exercise – physical movement is very important. Learn to incorporate an exercise program that fits your current and ongoing situation.

I have found that in order to stay healthy it is important to incorporate a holistic, complimentary approach. - Janeen Goldsmith
