Tasty Vegetable Juice

Try this or use a combination of veggies and fruits listed in my Juicing article.
Handful Kale
Handful Parsley
1 small Beet
1 large or 2 small Carrots
1-2 slices Fresh ginger (about 1 tsp)
1 Apple or orange

Wash each vegetable and fruit.
Cut each to fit into your juicer.
Combine all together for a tasty, nutritious juice to give you an energy boost for the day.
Roll the kale leaves and parsley tightly in a bunch then send through juicer.
I find it helpful to juice the greens (kale,parsley) first and then the ginger and push through with carrots and beets finish off with the fruit.
