Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour Mix

Make a large batch and keep in tightly sealed container. Use when recipes call for all-purpose flour.
1 ½ cups Brown rice flour
1 ½ cups White rice flour
1 cup potato starch
½ cup tapioca flour
Add 1 TB xanthan gum if recipe does not call for it
Mix all ingredients together and store or use immediately.
